Submit An Event to Bolingbrook Events

Thanks for your willingness to share a community event or non-profit feature.  Please e-mail bolingbrookevents@gmail.com to submit your request and Michael Carpanzano (or a member of the volunteer team) will review it within two business days.

Yes, it's actually FREE!  We don't charge a dime to publicize your event and we don't get paid a dime to do it.  We love our community so much and truly enjoy volunteering for the betterment of our community.

In your e-mail, please be sure to include the following:

• Your Name (and title if applicable)
• Your Business/Organization
• Event Date, Time, Location
• Event Website or Event Facebook Event URL
• Image File: .jpeg, .pdf, or .png to be used for the social media posting (please do not send a .pdf if at all possible)
• Brief Event Description

Event posting requests are always screened by Volunteer Content Creator Michael Carpanzano and/or a member of the Volunteer Bolingbrook Events Team.  Requests will be screened for spam.  Events not "tasteful" for a community calendar or for social media postings may not be posted.  

Events on our Facebook Page in 2018 reached upwards of 325,000 people!  Events will be posted on our community calendar website, our Bolingbrook Events Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram!
